Artistic/Producing Internship

   { Description }

Seeking an intern or apprentice with an interest in producing for stage and film in NYC. This internship will be extremely hands on with real-life experience. At the end of the internship, the intern will produce their own project from the ground up. Monthly MetroCard Stipend available for 10+ hours/week.

    { Responsibilities }

1. •Actively assisting in season planning and artistic programming
   

2. •Reading and reporting on submitted scripts and screenplays
   

3. •Assisting with box office management
   

4. •Learning how to research and write non-profit grants
   

5. •Assisting with donor relations
   

6. •Attending meetings with Exec Producer
   

7. •Attending readings/screenings/shows with or on the behalf of the Exec Producer
   

8. •Responding to general inquiry emails, checking voicemail, updating social media, and general administration assistance
   

    { Requirements }

No experience necessary. Just an eager willingness to learn anything and everything about producing for stage and film in New York City.

Production Assistants & Film Extras
Lauren is currently producing two feature films over the course of 2012/13 and will be seeking production assistants to lend a hand on set as well as extras who may be interested in acting in the background of scenes on location throughout New York City and New Jersey.
